Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you are eligible for a free return and a full refund or replacement.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and cover all return shipping costs for faulty items.
Non-Faulty Items
At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or normal wear and tear. Please ensure you review sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
